KinesioTherapy: The What and Why

You may have noticed some recent changes to the clinic. We’re excited about what’s happening and want to share more details with you.

First, our office promotes chiropractic care delivered in its purest form to improve both joint and nerve function. When needed, we supplement that care with herbal therapy for persisting health issues and kinesiotherapy for persisting pain and other physical concerns. When problems are addressed from a foundational level, you can dramatically increase your well-being. Our goal is to be your family's first line of defense.

Yes, I meant to use the term kinesiotherapy. We have discontinued our traditional physical therapy service and added kinesiotherapy in its place. Much like herbal therapy, we use kinesiotherapy to balance the functions of movement, reduce pain, and create better vitality. Kinesiotherapy is a great fit because we can deliver it at a lower cost to our patients and integrate it more holistically with our other services.

Although kinesiotherapy is not covered by Medicare or Medicaid, it is cost-effective enough to be your best solution. This therapy is less intense, less time-consuming, and easier to integrate into your lifestyle. Regular insurance will likely cover kinesiotherapy, especially if you’re already using insurance for chiropractic visits.

If you have any questions, please schedule a free consultation with me by calling 208-895-8595. We hope you’re as excited as we are about this change. As always, we aim to exceed your expectations in both cost and benefits and hope you continue to enjoy your relationship with us.
